How I Can Help

Individual Counseling Sessions

I work 1:1 with clients seeking mental health support in Florida in-person and via Telehealth. My approach is person-centered & strength-based (I focus on your strengths, aspirations + we are equal collaborators in our sessions), and I support you in finding your voice (to know yourself) and in developing your own unique coping tools to process and handle uncomfortable emotions.

In addition to counseling techniques and approaches (as both a pre-licensed social worker and a Board-Certified music therapist), I may also utilize mindfulness, music, journaling, art, and movement in my sessions, depending on my client's preferences. My clients and I work collaboratively; they are the experts of their journey and I am a guide that brings her expertise, knowledge, experience and tools to support them through their healing process.

My aim is to help you discuss and process thoughts & feelings, get to know more of who you are & who you aim to be and thrive by learning coping skills, boundary-setting and tools to manage anxiety, depression & grief.

Working collaborative and focused on your aspirations means that what we talk about, work on together and the modalities utilized in the sessions are decided by you; I am a guide bringing my expertise, knowledge, recommendations and tools to support you through this process.

*I am currently not taking any clients. Please contact me here to join my waitlist.

Working with me means that I will hold space for you to share, be heard and to learn new or different ways to support your mental health.

If you are going through major life transitions, or facing depression, anxiety and dealing with low self-esteem & feeling lost, counseling can help by supporting creative ways to express & process feelings and thoughts, foster self-compassion, confidence, and learn new ways to deal with life stressors.

I have a passion for helping women and teens experiencing depression, anxiety & grief by supporting their mental health, helping them express themselves through creativity and the arts and bringing harmony to their lives as a music therapist & counselor. Grief, relationships, motherhood, adolescence, life transitions & stress are part of the life journey, but navigating them can affect our mental health, well-being and overall quality of life.
